Multiple Unknown Game Crashes - PLease Help Me

Hey Guys

I have a big problem ... since some time my AI WAR crashes all 5-10 minutes in regular times ... i dont know what happend and why ...
If it happends i only hear a "Bing" on windows - the game freeze ... cannt go to desktop in normal way nothing is working ... only way do anything is by holding STRG+ALT+ENTF ... taskmanager opends and i can manually break down the ai war exe progresss ...
The "Bing" sound i hears seemd to open an error window ... the sound is like i know from other problems in other games or windows genereally ...
But i cannt read anything what happends - all freezes and i can only shut down ai war by taskmanager ...
I looked up in AI War\RuntimeData folder but there is no file what includes the happenings ... the error logs are all fromother errors what only happends sometimes ... i deleted the error logs but every time this error happends nothing is created new at logfiles ...

So how to handle this problem i need help cause i want to fight :-)

I play 5.000 with all expansions

My game are atm :: 2x Diff 8 / 2x Vicious Raider / 2x +150% resources - 120 Planet Map Maze Easy A ... .. . Have only 20 planets and am fighting ... dont know when it starts happening ... but at this time now it happends all 5-10 minutes in battles and all over ... cannt go forward like this ...

if i load a save there displays "134000 parsed encoded lines" to load ... dont know if this says anything or if this is a big or low value ...

every time in taskmanager i shut ai war exe down after crash it displays around 1,6 / 1,7 GB ram used by the game ...
so more iformations about the bug / error - crash i dont have atm ... what a pitty that nothing is displayed on desktop ... :-(

I think you ran out of memory, but that normally shows an error message when you alt-tab out of the game.
Without doubt Keith and/or Chris will be able to give you a better answer, in the meantime it might provide helpfull if you post your system-specs and a bit more detail about your game, like the last savegame.

So now i have one more detail ...

now one time i succeed in getting an error window looking up ...

It displays ... "Too Many Heap Sections" ... so what does it mean and how to fix

Dont know cannt imagine to get out of memory ... how to be able go out of memory if there are more than enought to be used ...
I have 8GB DDR3 Ram ... the game use 1,7 GB at my error time my win7 takes down around 1 GB so there are more than 5 GB free to use :-)

how much Ram "could" AI war use if it is needed is it an 32bit programm to be only able to use 2GB


but what does heap sections mean ...
I cannt understand this error in comparing my game where this error takes so often and a MP game with my friend ...
In the MP game we played around 20-21 Hours ... kills around 2 milljardes :-)) together friend and me :-) there we have this ior other problem errors or chrashes over the time very more rarely like in my single player game where i play only 6 hours and dont have so much like in MP ... but there in single player wherer i have so more more less than in MP the error happends so often ... cant understand this ...

is there a possibility to fix it or for me own to get it to work and run better

If you look in your Runtime folder, there should be some error log text files:
AIErrors.txt
ErrorsReportedByEngine.txt
UnhandledErrors.txt
