Does attrition stack?
« on: February 07, 2011, 03:20:28 pm »
By which I mean, system-wide attrition (from Spire Attritioners, for example).

Will more than one souce of attrition result in a faster rate or is it simply an 'effect' that's applied to the system uniformly?

Sorry for the nooby question, forum and wiki scans didn't turn anything up.

Perfect, thanks mang.

As much as I love Siege Towers I've had to accept that mk1-2s just aren't that useful when you get up to 300 or so AiP while just two attritioners really helped mop up big waves (while being held in place by mk2 tractors, spider turrets and a logistical command station) so the question of how to use the relevent asteroids is now a bit easier (along with the awesome martyr).

It is just funny to see a wave hit you when you have a cap of MK1-2-3 Spire arrtritioners and quite some space for the foes to cover .. when they reach your CC they die :D
(They are a very powerfull anti counter-post attack unit.)
