Perhaps I'm overlooking something.  Playing with Golems on Medium, and I recently found a gem of a system with a Raider V Fab, AR, Hive Golem, and Distro node all on the same planet.  I nabbed it up and secured the area and began repairing the Hive golem to its full cpacity.  However, now that it is fully repaired, it still is listed as "broken", is not draining helth, and did not incur the +20 AIP that the description says it does on "Metamorphasis", which I'm guessing that is the term that I need explained in more detail, as I'm not sure why the Golem is not coming online.

Probably you don't have enough energy spare to bring it online -- check the tooltip for exactly how much that one requires, and once you have enough net energy remaining it will come online.  Cheers!

The energy is listed as 0, and even then, I have 170k spare (I powered on all my generators just to make sure it wasn't a misprint on the tooltip)

Yep, not that part of the tooltip -- as a broken golem it uses 0 energy.  But the description text should say that it takes something like 400k energy or something like that to bring online.  Some are more or less than that, I forget what the hive golem is.  But none are less than 200k to my recollection, so you definitely don't have enough spare at the moment.
