Keith, was it actually intended that individual Scapegoats are weaker at higher marks?  My impression from the patch notes was that the individual ships would be identical at different marks, so that when the higher number of ships at higher caps is taken into account, Scapegoats' cap DPS at the different marks would follow the same pattern as other ships'.
The actual cap-health and cap-dps progression should be the same for scapegoats as other ships.  Is it showing lower individual-health and individual-dps numbers for the higher marks?
Yep.  Do you want it Mantised?
Could you check in-game to see if it's actually doing that to their stats?  (F1 should show the relevant info)

I'm wondering if maybe the reference export munged the numbers.
Yeah, I checked up to Mark III in-game last night (sorry, meant to mention in my post).  As you go from Mark I to Mark II to Mark III, individual ships' health and damage both decrease.

•Game Setup: Random All Non-Techlonogist. Will this pick from all the AI types that don't have Technologist in their name, or will not pick from the AI types with the Red color in their name? IE: Could the Heroic AI type be randomly picked if you choose Random All Non-Technologist?
Random All Non-Technologist excludes all red AI types. EG: Heroic is excluded.

Diazo, anything you need help with, at least on the scripting / generating Wiki markup side of things?

Pretty much anything except the Ship Info tables is open. I've got a script for those that makes them automatically.

How about starting on the Ancient Shadows stuff? I can go back and plug in the ship detailed info tables once the basic page is created.

I was thinking a page for each scenario/nebula, a page for the Shadow Ships and their modules along with an overview page that links everything together.

http://arcengames.com/mediawiki/index.php?title=Ancient_Shadows_Shadow_Ships
http://arcengames.com/mediawiki/index.php?title=Nebula:_Epsilon_Eridani_Remnant_Found&action=edit&redlink=1

Or the Astrotrain Page.

http://arcengames.com/mediawiki/index.php?title=Astrotrain

I'm thinking only one page for Astrotrains, Introduction and mechanics at the top, then a list of all the train types (including the train station) in a short blurb, with links to the detail unit tables further down the page.

I can paste the detailed tables in afterwards.

To-do list (so I quit forgetting things):
  • Fortress King and Heroic AI types, either of them have wave or reinforcement size multipliers?
  • Astro-Trains page
  • Add new units to Ships and Structures
  • Redo Ships and Structures page to match RefShipsNav template
  • Sortable Immunities and Abilities tables

edit: Tweaked the AI Types page for the Technologist answer on my question. Also fixed the Technologist AI types to clarify their units are two Marks higher, not that they use "highest-technologies" as that was unclear.

Fleet Ship detail pages done.

Keith:

You asked a bit ago about modifying the dump file.

Is there any way to show what modules can be mounted on which ships?

I'm specifically stuck on what a Hybrid can mount at the moment, but I'm only going to get stuck again I'm sure.

Some of the modules are straightforward, such as "CorvetteLaserModule", but what can a "LaserCannonModule" be mounted on?

Yea, I can add a column with all mountable modules (I won't try to have it try to tell you how many of each type it can mount, etc) for that type.

In the case of the LaserCannonModule, I believe that was added for the hybrid but I'm not 100% sure.

I think 'LaserCannonModule' is both the hybrids and the Riot Starships, but my brain is niggling at me there is a 3rd ship that can mount them.

Hence why I'm asking for something that will tell me 100% what modules a ship can mount.

Yea, I can see the need.

FWIW, the riots use totally different modules.  Modules with engine damage.  Lots of engine damage.

Hmm, might someone update the Infiltrator tactics? I think it changed a lot since the upgrade that gives it cloaking...

Also, I think the Medic Frigate has 3*Mark repair beam?

Modified the Infiltrator page some, thoughts?

It might? That number does not show anywhere in the data files so the only way to tell is for someone to use it in game and then manually update the wiki.

Anyways, still chugging away.

@Diazo: Doesn't look bad, but you forgot about Counter Dark Matter turret for defense against Infiltrator (and how can them be used against you especially when they cloak)...

Onyhow: Okay, revised again. Thoughts?

Everyone else: These revisions are what this thread is for. If you seen something that needs tweaking post it here to get changes made to the wiki.

Ooh, awesome! Though Fortress also counter Dark Matter, so that's also useful...

Ya, once the ship detail pages are done (still talking weeks x.x ) I'm going to script out something for sortable lists of Abilities and Immunities to find stuff like that.

Zahamed started it here but I'm going to automate it so updates don't have to happen manually.
