Here's a couple of notes. The rest looks good :)

(from the So What Exactly Is This Game section)
Quote
AI War is a one-of-a-kind strategy game that plays like an RTS but feels like a 4X. With tower defense and grand strategy bits, too.
I would recommend

Also, i think the section title "Why Do I Want This Game?" would be better as "Why Would I Want This Game?"

"I am 50% CPU.  I am massively lagging.  I must alt-tab." These were my orders.

AI forces have already fought its war against my machine -- and won.  AI death threads hogged my incompetent CPU while I watched over every planet and every wormhole animation lag, the few forty-thousand human ships were held in... nothing, and the AIs have turned their attention outward, away from the front lines, to my helpless colonies of acknowledged opportunity of sanity.

This attention is my hair loss:  a few thousand mercenary fighter garrisons, too significant even to be implemented within my central stomp force, has survived but the counterwaves persists.  The AI subcommanders will lose to me when they see me -- but my glimmer of despair comes from violently and mercilessly annihilating those subcommanders while alerting central counterwave processing to my immense pleasures from a variety of sources.

I do have a few things going in my favour.  My ships are much more plentiful.  I have safe defense spam to spam defenses and to rebuild countless harvester casualties.  I have production techniques that can churn out fully-outfitted fighters with several hundred women and children onboard.  There will always be more than a few tens of thousands of my ships versus their pitiful declining numbers, but through sheer brutality and blitzkrieg I must somehow capture all the planets before destroying the heavily-guarded AI cores.

Go forth into the galaxy, assimilate everything including space bovine, recapture all planets I must in order to achieve my pleasure, and save what remains of my receding hairline.  But draw too much counterwaves to myself, and the full might of the stealth ships and bulletproof fighters that cannot be destroyed by ion cannons or mercenary fighters will result in the extended use of Bosley.

Heh, it is--of course--written well.  Obviously one cannot explain the entire game of AI War within a few sentences, but this would capture the attention of those sci-fi fans lore-wise.

(Those screenshots would need to be replaced as 4.0 is released, and more current ship-on-ship action should be depicted!)
I'd take a sea worm any time over a hundred emotionless spinning carriers.

I changed it to "Why Would I Want." :)

As far as the screenshots go, 4.0 comes out on Monday -- these new screenshots are as current as they're going to get. ;)

I looked over the page and if feels professional enough to me. The texts give you the basics, doesn't present a wall of text of doom and they're easy to read. Some pictures here and there to break it up and a bulk of screenshots at the end.

Personally, I think it's excellent! The actual content of the texts were really good. The only thing I reacted on was the repetition with the "Information for..." sections. If you are reading the text from beginning to end, the repetition breaks your focus somewhat, but other than that I couldn't find any glaring mistakes or things to improve.

The old one reads way too much like the abstract of a comp-sci grad student's paper. I doubt that "The polynomial running time of this algorithm on a non-deterministic, multi-tape turing machine is O(log(n^2))" is going to really move copies, so this is a solid step in the right direction.

I was a comp-sci undergrad when I wrote it, so I take this as a compliment. ;)

Some players talk about feeling actually it's kind of bittersweet when they finally conclude a long campaign.
I'm certainly no english major and it's not my native tounge, but shouldn't this read:

That's better, for sure, but in truth it should probably read:

You briefly mentioned the forums, but not that members get the chance to debate the development and fine-tuning of the game and actually influence future releases, or just how often you update the game -both of these make you unique and keep me coming back to the game!

I agree!  AI War wouldn't be here today if it wasn't for this!
But, speaking of updates, the Wiki pages that the features page links to (the "Base Fleet Command Features" and "AI War Fast Facts") really need to be updated.
It's just carriers all the way down!

Great idea on the forums, I added a section about that!

And, yep on the updates to the wiki -- that's another task on my list for this weekend.  I'll get as much as I can done with those, but it's a pretty huge job, so not all the pages are likely to be updated until probably sometime in December.  But I intend to get the most critical ones before Monday.

Perhaps you could recruit some of the community to help with that?

If people want to write wiki updates, I am MORE than happy for them to do so.  The wiki isn't open to public editing because otherwise it tends to get vandalized by bots, etc, and I want to make sure that it stays an official source of information and doesn't contain inaccuracies.  That said, though, if people from the community want to volunteer to do some work on it, PM me or email me at chrispark7 at gmail.com with your email address and desired username, and I'll set you up accounts.

I'm not looking to have this be a huge thing that a ton of people just edit whenever, but for community members that are experienced with the game and known to me in some fashion, it would be great to have an army of them able to keep this in better order than I have been doing on my own! :)
