So, rerailing this thread:
Anyone object to rewards being capped by max(#homes, #champs) ?
It started as a partially relevant discussion :) 

As far as Keith's solution to base rewards on either # of HWs or # of champs, works for me.

That works fine for multiple homeworlds and one champion, but multiple champions and one homeworld is still a terrible deal for the player.

Eh?  Did you see the post he is referring to?  Top post on page 2.  The idea is to scale nebula rewards by either # of HWs or # of champions.  8 champs would get 8x reward like 8 HW.

...You're absolutely right. I somehow read that as scaling the Nemesis response by max(homeworlds, champions). I am an idiot.

Looking at what was actually written, that seems to be an excellent solution! Multiple homeworlds and only one champion is still a good deal for the player, but I don't think that's a major problem; and Keith was talking about boosting the Nemesis response for multiple homeworlds too, so it seems fine overall.
