Need Help: Speeding up doesn't work

I have a problem with my controls. The game tells me in the tutorial to speed up time by pressing +. Problem is that I don't have a dedicated + button, I'd have to click shift+ 1 to get a plus. If I do that the game doesn't accept it. Could anyone help me with that? (swiss keyboard)

Settings > View Controls > Anytime > 2nd page > Rebind as desired.

Somewhere in View controls is just about everything you can control, so just look around if you find something else you're missing.
