Those cheating, invisible Riot modules!

Title says most of it.

When a Riot Starship is cloaked by a Cloaker Starship, and powered down, its modules still keep firing. This is good, because the AI will not attack them and they will continue to keep harassing the enemy forever. But it's also bad, because it's not exactly inconspicious.

Bug or feature? :P
The beatings shall continue
until morale improves!

Schwoops. Nope, that was a few days ago.

Happy to see that you're updating faster than I'm reporting :P

EDIT: CONFUS. And there I was hoping .25 was already active, but nooooez...  >:(
