Seeing as the big nasty ships like golems and dire guardians have bigger icons, why are the significantly nastier H/Ks so small in comparison?

They are tailored to hunt down and kill humans, as their name suggests. Their small size implies a low materials cost, but their rarity implies the process is long and complicated. Highly efficient, if you have a renewable source of power.

In other words, perfect for an artificial intelligence.
Destroying humanity, one command station at a time.
