After keying up five bombers in loop mode it continues to create ten bombers.There is no instructuion to take the queue out of loop mode.I can't advance the military tutorial because it doesn't indicate I have finished the steps.?

Hi there, welcome to the forums!  If you look at the instructions again it wants you to have 5 bombers and 1 fighter in the queue.  It doesn't matter how many it has already built, but just how many are in the queue.  If you have it on loop build, like it also requires for that step, then no matter how many get built there will always be the same number in the queue.
