You started with 16 Homeworlds, I assume?  Was this 4 million ship attack originally a Reprisal wave?  I notice you have a Level 6 reprisal still pending...

As for stopping it, try Warheads.  Nukes, in particular.  Lightnings won't do much to that many units.
Other options include cheat codes and clicking the "Quit Game" button.

If that isn't the reprisal wave, watch out for it too.

Its going to be in the neighborhood of 64 times the strength of a normal wave.
