Talk about a wake up call!!!!

Do lightning turrets still work against command stations? Cuz i was about to destroy one and lead the enemy units into a trap but it didn't even damage it(yes it reached it, at least i think it did)

I believe command stations are somewhat glitched as to what they take damage from. At this time, lightning warheads do not affect them either, and its probably no coincidence that both deal AoE damage.

minor electric ammo I believe does not effect anything stationary; I know lightning turrets use minor electric, but I am not sure about command station

This was a bug that is fixed in 3.011.  Lightning turrets/missiles are not considered "minor" electric ammo, the issue was of another sort.
