Wow, looking over that features list makes me feel almost like looking at Half-Life's system requirements. It's like traveling back in time.
So much from the AI War of today that I take for granted. I actually looked for AI War after you mentioned, feeling like I wasted your time to an extent, and I actually couldn't find it so thanks a bunch for finding that! I'll have to give it a curious look and then... learn the meaning of "curiosity killed the cat"
In terms of keeping absolutely everything in backup, that's really smart. Seems really cool to be able to go back and feel nostalgic as well, if you ever had the time for that.
Edit: Oh my lord. Opening up 2.0 and looking around in it, it actually looks like a totally different game. For one, I get 40 FPS in menus which is... extremely weird, to be honest. I get a better frame rate in borderlands 2 at maximum settings. For two, all of the music is actually different, and not just in a quality way. They're almost remixes. The menus look much fancier and are actually almost easier to navigate...
I don't know. I can't say it's completely old and dated or anything. It's just really different. I've got to start a game of it sometime after this week.
