Is there a hotkey for "Pause All Constructors"?

I was looking for one but couldn't find it.

Maybe I'm just lazy but it seems like this should be in the game.

I only know there is an option to pause all constructors in the controls menu somewhere, but I don't know if there is a hotkey for it as well.
