Fun with Protector Starships (with video!)

So I really like Protector Starships. They're goofy fun. They make fleets nearly invincible (combined with a regenerator golem they really would, but maybe that's another day). It's fun to do goofy things for them.

For example, here's me taking out a Fortress III with mk I Fighters & mk I Missile Frigates. And Protector Starships, of course. It takes a while, but I only lose ships when reinforcements show up (and only a couple at that).

Besides that, looked good. I could hear the game, I could see the game in decent quality, and the Trader just wandered into the video like 'Yo, how are you all? Mostly unhurt? Great, see you later then.'

I've felt the same way with my Railpods as well. Protector Starships may make a fleet invincible, but a full cap of Mk 1/2/3 railpods will wipe out an Exotic AI wave in half a second. It's so surreal. This makes me wonder about mixing Railpods with a regenerator golem as well actually.

Railpods with a regen golem would probably be even more burst damage in exchange for a good chunk of time spent on repairing said regen golem afterwards.
