I wish I could use keyboard in menus

In short:
I love this game, it is really marvelous and perfectly well design, with a lot of in-game hotkeys, but when you are in menus it really is frustrating not to be able to use the keyboard to navigate.

Request:
At the very least, please add the possibility to go out of all kind of menus with "ESCAPE".

Could you give a specific example? Are you in the lobby or already in-game playing?

Hum, I waited some days before posting this, because it was at the beginning just a diffuse feeling, but now I am quite sure it is a "real issue".

At the moment I am starting my day at work, so I would give only two example :

1) In the "settings" menu, or in the "host a new campaign" lobby, 'ESCAPE' should work

2) In game, when you prompt the "Build" menu ('B') or the "Research" menu, I would like to be able to navigate from tab to tab (ECON, STAR, SUPP, TUR...) with keyboard with, for instance using 'TAB'/'SHIFT TAB', or 'RIGHT ARROW'/'LEFT ARROW' (perhaps already possible, but how ?)

Sure, you are right to ask that, and it will be easy as I use Mantis on a daily basis

I don't know about 'right'  Glad you care enough to contribute.

Arcen moved to using mantis a few months ago to track suggestions and bugs because it is so easy to search.
