Just watched it again; looking good :)  Do you have the current script (all the text) in a form you can post here?  I could do another proofreading pass for you; the text in the version I just saw was pretty good, there were just a few parts that could flow better, etc.

I have no script. I add manually notes to movie maker. It was my first movie I added subtitles. Well I learned that nice feature during creating the movie.

But Hearteater had done what you have asked. He wroted in his post all texts from movie and polished them. I just copied and replaced my notes with all what he has wroted with just 2-3 changes. He also did awesome work. His post is a text version of my movie.

I used some old data from your site. I read about how many AI styles you made in two first addons. But there is a third one. If you tell me how many AI styles was added in last 3 addons, I will changed it. Also I do not know how many small ships are available to player in base game with 3 addons. I just typed 30+. Again if you tell me correct number I add.

I also had some troubles showing variety of the type of ships available to player. First player recieve 3 base ships. Also 3 additional types available as mercs. He recieve a bonus ships. He can build several starships too. There are riot starships user can design. And there is a limit of letters in note I can add to movie. I almost broke my head when I tryed to do this and ended with short version of it. If you can describe this better I will gladly change.

More than 70 types of ships, over 30 fleet ships available to the player. In every game a player begins with only four, but has the ability to steal 4-6 additional ship designs. So every game the player has a unique set of ships with a unique type of AI.

159 achievs for AI types only... that's more than half of all achievs... and the dif 9 ones are so hard to get :D Can't wait to find out how many new AI types there will be added in the next expansion.

Still, that's like 100+ achievements unrelated to AI types.  Not too shabby either way, eh?

The achievements thing for AI types was something that early players requested so that they could keep track of which AI Types they had beaten and which they had yet to conquer.  That was back when there were only like 12 types, and it was more feasible to conquer them all.

well, achievement hunter that I am, I still plan to conquer them all :p even though it will take a lot more time lol. So far I have 88/234 achievs and most of them are not AI type related :P

I only have two of the AI Type achievements as I've only won one game, ever. I came close once but accidentally deleted the file.  :(

I can already tell this is going to be a roller coaster ride of disappointment.

Ah, ok, I thought maybe it hadn't been fully applied in the updated version.

By my count there are 54 AI types (I think I didn't count any of the "random" options, but one may have slipped in) and 53 bonus ship types (the ones that you can get from an ARS).  I'd suggest saying 50+ for both :)

As far as total ship types, yea, that's a fair bit more.

87/234 here, but it should be 89/234. I did manage to beat 2 10/10 AIs with no handicaps, but that save file was done by the EXO fleet and after running for 12 hours and down to the last homeworld the game crashes after just a few seconds with heap issues. Something about the fact that I have 88,000 or so Spire Fleet Ships from the Exogalactic Transceiver alone and the game trying to path all of them. The poor heap even on a fresh start of AI wars on a fresh start of the PC can't keep up and that is one of those bugs that I wish there was a way around...

If I only could scrap a 60-70 thousand of them that was just wandering around my own planets the rest of them would have time to finally kill the AI.


Have you figured out a good way to lose 200,000 ships yet? Outside of the AIs types and the Heap issues denied achievements, that the only one that I can't seem to figure out how to do. Even my 10/10 5 homeworld game that is crashing after a few seconds only got to about 130,000 ships. Although I think about 80,000 of those are the dead Spire Exo Fleet ships from trying to take the homeworlds. 10/10 really does not go easy at all to anything.

15 planet map, start with 12 or 13 planets yourself. set ai dif to something low like 5 and make sure you have a bonus ship type with a high ship caps, like laser gatlings. build a few space docks, unlock all marks of the bonus ship type and the engineers and start shooting them out. If it appears your forces are starting to overwhelm the enemy, pause building for a while and then continue somewhat later. This'll get you that achiev really fast. I haven't got it yet myself, but I did this to get the 30k one very quickly. I'll get the 200k one later. It's kind of a cheesy way to get those achievs, but it works.
