The golem I see the least of is the Cursed Golem.  I see plenty of Botnet, Black Widow, and Hive golems though.  Armored and Artillery are less common.

Do you think that because golems are being seeded more frequently now, we could get a few additional golem types?  I'm not entirely certain what they'd be though.

I never really tried to grab golems until I realized that the cost listed on the broken golems was not the actual cost of acquiring the golem, as you only need to repair it (and even then, only 75%), not build it.

While I don't know the exact figures, I think that the repair cost is somewhere around 10% of the actual build cost, tops.  Probably much less, though.

 I'm almost certain the golem activation costs are 2% of the total price in the top line. So for armored that would be 600k of each resource, black widow 500k, hive 400k, cursed and artillery 200k.

I think it should be 7.5%, iirc. 75% of 10%.
