Id like to disagree with the buffing ARS, the major prize of capturing the ARS is the new ship type.  Getting the actual station is nothing mire than icing on the cake IMO.  I tend to capture my ARSs via deep strikes, so having the ARS there lets me get the knowlege out of the system quicker so I can bug out.  I really dont see a need to add any new use.

I'm really not all that strong on buffing the ARS further.  It's getting a hack which will allow for ship selection, it's getting cloak allowing it to act like a new Research II.
FYI, I haven't made the ARS cloaking, just the III and the new ship-design-hacker.

Heh, whoops, must have misread something along the way.  My opinion on the subject still stands though. Something that's already a 'must have' does not need a buff.
... and then we'll have cake.

As I mentioned here, the only amusing "buff" I'd consider would be something like:
