Should engineers have a small health regen?

I usually have 2 engineers in a system on FRD.  This way I know that, given enough time, everything in the system will be at full health.  I have to use 2 engineers so that they can repair each other.  When using a single engineer it may heal everything else, but it can't heal itself.  If engineers had a small self regen rate then a single engineer could keep an entire system repaired and itself as well.

Doesn't really matter, but I'm obsessive about some things I guess.  :)

If you don't ask the answer is always no.   :)

If you have the auto build node active then if the engie dies it will be automaticaly replaced. - may be a more energy efficient way to go than keeping 2 on station.

Anyways, I'll be able to sleep better knowing my engie is at full health on that corner planet which hasn't seen activity for the last 8 hours.

It wouldn't be the first request we've granted solely to please our OCD players (like me).

Since it's just a couple simple flags I've set (for 3.118, which is probably the official) engineer I, II, and IIIs to have a regen rate that would heal them from 0 to full in 3 minutes, but it only works on friendly planets in supply (like transport regen).  That shouldn't really impact balance very much, and will make it easier on us more particular types ;)
