Extra Harvesters

This may be a result of the 3.163 update on a saved game, but I have a system that has almost twice as many harvesters as it should have.

I'm grateful for the extra income and I am unable to get any of my other systems to add more harvesters,* so this likely isn't a big issue.  But I do wonder why only a few of the harvesters were effected and not all of them.

*Marked system in first screen shot has 7/4 harvesters on each resource, another system (Aeous) has 4/3 total harvesters (3/2 crystal).
Second screen shot shows a "duplicated" harvester.

which version is this? and this seems awfuly related to the fix to make harvesters on top of the crystal.

With these latest changes, the positions of harvesters loaded from past savegames will unavoidably be off by a small amount (this has little effect other than visual), but new harvesters that are placed will be in the proper locations. Other ships may also be off by a tiny amount, but same thing with them.

Yep, that's what it is.  Unfortunately, nothing I can do to fix this.  The reason why is that in 3.161 (or thereabouts) the logic was wrong, which was causing extra harvesters in savegames from before that.  Then, in 3.163, I fixed that back so that all the savegames from before were correct again, but now anything started in 3.161 (or which was relying on the wrong harvester positions in that, even if the save was older) will now be wrong, as here.

Clear as mud, no?  But the bottom line is that you're a victim of a bug being fixed, but it's a very localized thing to a very specific set of savegames.  It shouldn't make a huge difference overall, if you're really worried about it I'd suggest just deleting all your harvesters and letting them recreate themselves, they will then be right.
