Exodian Blade Cost

The hover box for the Exodian Blade indicates that its cost is 200,000,000 minerals, with a standalone build time of 666:40.  However, with a crew of 30 Engineer IIIs, I built it in 30 seconds with about 20M minerals.  Is the hover box just wrong, or am I missing something?

Repair is much cheaper than building :) The build costs are shown mainly because there was no mechanism on hand to hide them and it didn't matter greatly.
