Exo strike force
« on: November 19, 2014, 11:35:15 pm »
I'm about to experience my first exo strike force, well 2 of them infact.
However I don't know where they will come from, how big they are or how long till they arrive.
Any way to find out?

IIRC exos will emerge from one of the two exo-galactic wormholes on the AI homeworlds. You can estimate when they'll arrive based on how fast the % counter increments (though if a reasonably accurate timer could be made, I'd like to have one).

As for size... it's a surprise  ;D But as a rule, the longer the exo takes to charge the bigger it'll be.

My recommendation: just go ahead and see what the exos are like. Learning is a !!FUN!! process, after all.

I'm pretty sure they spawn from Warp Gates a couple of hops away from your planets.

Champion Nemesis Exos always spawn from the AI homeworlds and target Human Home Command stations, but they're the only ones with that behavior. Other exos spawn where they please and target what they think needs to be full of holes, and they're not afraid to fly straight into your defenses to get there.
