Erm...
« on: November 04, 2011, 12:51:19 am »
I started a new game with the most recent update and, well, it spewed errors. Stuff like row 2: col;0 and so on. The attached image has the whole list. I'm unsure of what exactly this  means and what happened to trigger it. It says it's an error, but I've never seen it before.

I can already tell this is going to be a roller coaster ride of disappointment.

We'd need a save to repro, and the actual error files from runtimedata, preferably logged in mantis rather than the forums. Thanks! And sorry for the trouble, don't know what that is.

Okay, save it is. EDIT: I'll get it on mantis in a sec.

It's an intermittent bug that's been happening for a really long time, and I've put in some special code to tell us which row/col button was dying, but from the errors it's all of them :)  So for 5.021 I've put in some more (lightweight) debug info that it will tell us so if this happens again in that version or later we'll have a better idea what actually happened.

I've never been able to reproduce the bug, and this particular save is following that tradition.
