I downloaded the 4.0 release from Gamersgate a few days back, and it seems it came with 46Mb worth of screenshots in the Screenshots folder. At least I have no idea where else they could've come from, unless they came with a patch or something.
Might want to exclude those for the poor dial-up users out there. Luckily I'm not one of them, so this wasn't an issue for me.
