My newly reclaimed ships automatically rally to my mini-forts, how do i stop it?

The " Reclaimed ships rally to rally post" option is OFF yet they still go to one of my mini forts. I don't want that. What do I do?

i believe sperately there is a rally to healing setting that may be triggering the rally behavior on your recliamed units since they start ingjured
