Most likely it combined something like "ra" with "ape," and then got "raape," then filtered out the double-A's, and came up with the above.
In fact, I'll go ahead and start a "bad name list" for things that come up based on the syllables, that the game will automatically filter out. This is the first one to go in there. The list doesn't ever need to grow too huge, because most of the syllables are such that they can't possibly spell anything bad. But this is one that several folks have mentioned seeing, so clearly it needs to be filtered out for us to maintain our family-friendly ratings, etc.
