Deselecting ships in find mode.

FIND MODE INSTRUCTIONS: Green counts are selected. Red counts are not selected. Left-click planet to change selection. Right-click planet to send all selected there. Left-click empty space to exit.

Maybe I'm misunderstanding how find mode (in the galaxy map) is supposed to work, but it *sounds* like I should, after selecting a ship type and tech level such that the ship counts show in the map and I get the "instructions" blurb at the bottom, be able to *deselect* the ships at certain planets (turning that planet's count red, I guess according to the instructions) by left-clicking on those planets.

Left-clicking on a planet with a count doesn't actually seem to do anything at all, though, and I have tried all modifier combinations I can think, as well as made sure that I didn't have any "hanging" modifiers from alt-tabbing or something. I'm playing AI with Zenith Remnant on Steam, so the latest version there I think.

I just tested it, and after entering find mode for (in this case) Bomber, it showed blinking numbers at the two planets I had bombers.  When I left click one of the planets it changes from "blinking to green" to "blinking to yellow".  When I think right-clicked a third planet and then went back to find mode for Bomber, the bombers from the planet I hadn't left-clicked had moved to the target planet.

If you have a case where it's not doing that, can you provide a save?  Thanks :)

Oh wow, you're absolutely right. I'm red-green colorblind, and I can only distinguish that yellow/green difference with some effort, especially because it's blinking and I suppose because I was looking for red instead. The times I actually went and looked at what was moving I must've toggled back to green before right-clicking, I guess.

Thanks for the amazingly fast reply!

Ah, yea, we've done a fair bit of color-blind-proofing various things but there's always some thing using red or green and even if we don't have that there's always some other variant of color-blindness that can't make sense of it ;)  Glad that this particular case sounds like it's workable for you :)
