Is it supposed to be possible for a single AI to get two barracks on the same planet? Because in my game, an AI did just that. This is not on Mantis because I don't know if this is a bug or not. I can post a save if you want it.

I imagine there are circumstances where that can happen. Mostly if it has to create two barracks rather than one rift at the same time, etc. it should not happen often at all, but I seem to recall that there were some far edge cases that could lead to this.
