Construction templates

After Unity I ahve not been able to find out how to store my templates. Is the templats even in the game anymore (and how do I use it?)? :)

(I have not been able to follow absolutly all the changes, alas... :P )

From what I know they are not ported.

Most of things from the special menu under X+right click in SlimDX versions was not ported (yet I hope).

Editable galaxy layouts are also not in yet for example.
