Faux-Fullscreen for AI war will live on
« on: September 15, 2010, 05:37:54 am »
This blog post details how to use a quite handy app to make any game play in faux fullscreen, which quill be quite useful when ai war 4 comes out. I suspect EVE players may have heard of it before :)

Yea, I'm pretty confident y'all will figure something out ;)

The reason we can't support it officially is that there's no consistent way to do it across platforms, so it might work for windows but be broken on mac, etc.  But community-provided tools aren't obligated to work on all platforms :)

Thanks for the link to my site. I also have a guide up there on how to sync any savegames onto the cloud: http://www.shinyhacks.com/2010/09/how-to-sync-savegames-on-cloud.html
