Compilation of text problems Mark III
« on: May 15, 2013, 10:03:26 am »
Just a heads-up to all that I've started a new compilation of text problems at Keith's request: Mantis 0011485.  Feel free to add to it, or suggest here and I can add.  I think it makes life easier for the devs to consolidate them like this, plus it helps avoid duplicate reports.

Does anyone know if there's a way to close old Mantis reports?  Mantis 9307 is already done, and Mantis 6523 was long ago made redundant by intervening changes.

Thanks :)  It does indeed help as hunting up individual text error reports (or simply dropping everything to fix them as soon as I hear about them) is not a particularly efficient conversion of "dev time" to "player enjoyment".  So I think everyone wins with this.

I just marked the one resolved and the other closed, per your notes.  I don't know if the record creator necessarily can do that themselves.

That's been reported three times.  We are an OCD bunch, aren't we  ;)

While yes, I can be OCD about some things...on mantis it's more of a situation where whenever I find something I just report it without checking if someone's reported it already then realizing after the fact... :)
May the Force be with you.

And the Triforce too.  :D
