Steam Cloud too : http://www.arcengames.com/forums/index.php/topic,7508.0.html (goobie)

Edit: Tough I could understand it would not fit well as a free DLC as we Steam users are certainly a minority among the fan base.

I'll find it on Mantis later but Single Planet Suppression Controls is the suggestion.

You know, that one where you can use single planet controls to override galaxy-wide controls to build fewer engineers/remains rebuilders; not have your ships auto-FRD; etc.

It's been suggested by dozens of different people at dozens of different times, so the credit goes to everyone?!  :)

Here's the original discussion thread:

And here's one of the relevant Mantis threads, anyway:

Why would you think that?  I dunno about percent of the actual forum population, but certainly not a minority of the paying-customer group.
Have ideas or bug reports for one of our games? Mantis for Suggestions and Bug Reports. Thanks for helping to make our games better!

I got mine originally on Impulse (Because it wasn't out on Steam back then ><) but I got Zenith and CoN through Steam and have also registered my copy of AI War in Steam. As far as digital distribution goes, Steam is by FAR the biggest one out there, so it doesn't surprise me that a lot of AI War players are from there. I would even hazard a guess and say that we are not a minority here by any measure ;)

I originally got mine over steam.. but well, tbh, i rarely ever launch ai war from steam anymore. I even use the separate installation i made for 4.0 beta testing..

I got my base key through Impulse because I had a "$5 off anything on Impulse" coupon for completing a survey, which because it was "anything on Impulse" seemed to indicate that it was Impulse taking the discount, not the developer of the game (i.e. Arcen got their cut from the full price).

The copy I run now was downloaded off the Arcen website and installed to its own directory, because the Steam install keeps giving me issues (lobbies not playing nice).

I got mine on impulse, but then converted it to normal when the 4.0 beta came out.

I should note that I bought it on Impulse but converted to Steam sometime around 3.0 (I bought it back before the economy was revamped the second time, but after the first time--man, I remember stationary Force Field generators).

I got the game via Steam when it came up one day in an advertisement when I was starting Steam up. It looked interesting and wasn't too expensive so I thought, why not? And the rest as they say, is history.

I bought mine on Arcen Store. Personally I have never liked Steam for some reason... :)

Thanks everyone. If you want to get in a last-minute nomination, now is the time - as I will most likely be putting up the poll tonight or tomorrow.
