Cloaked Tractoring Etherjets?

Are Etherjets supposed to be able to tractor AND cloak at the same time?  Well, I'll admit, that's a pretty nice buff if that was the outcome of the 'buffing' discussion... it's also a bit brutal.

That's how they always were. But, something can't cloak and shoot at the same time. Previously they had a tractor range low enough that they would always shoot at whatever they had tractored, thus negating the benefit.

Heh, no more need to power them down to keep them cloaked?  I'll keep that in mind.  :p
