VotM Download?

I've played AI war off and on for years along with my group of friends I play with.  I have all of the expansions. 

I recently got a new machine, and installed AI war through steam.  I seem to be missing the VotM expansion.  I have an Email receipt from when I bought it when it was still in beta, but all of the download links I have available are no longer functional.

Is there a place I can download the VotM content without having to re-purchase it through steam?  I'd not mind supporting Arcen by re-purchasing it through steam, but funds are tight, so I'd prefer to just get the download for it.  I can present proof of purchase if needed.

I'm also not sure if this is the right place.  Maybe this is better suited for a private message, but oh well.
