Can I humbly request that Captive Human Settlements be added to the list of "capturables that must spawn away from wormholes"? +100 AIP seems really harsh to allow to spawn next to a very hard to defend place.

The penalty has been +15 AIP since July 2012. We vets must totally confuse the newbies

Oops.
Well, my argument still stands. +15 AIP is still steep enough that it feels "cheap" for the game to put it next to a wormhole.
