Bug with Pathing?

I have "befriended" the Gray Spire minor faction. They have a frigate (Illumin) that is cycling back and forth at about 1/2 second intervals between my home world and a world I just took from then AI. They were doing that before I captured the world as well.

Is this normal?

Probably would have to ask keith if its intended, but ally pathing can be kinda derpy looking when you have very small claimed space, yeah.

I suspect you're right, I have two planets, not counting theirs.
