Knight RAF (teh roommate) and I played/completed a game for the first time in a long time and I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed how seamless and fun the Alt. Champion Progress is to have activated. I am one of those who rather liked the nebula scenarios but after playing through a game using alt. progress, I may not go back to the nebulae until new scenarios are added. I am
extremely satisfied on where that ended up. Speaking of extremely satisfied, I don't believe I had beaten a game since before crystal went away and I am very pleased how well IMO hacking has replaced crystal as a better/more diverse resource. We had quite a lot of fun coming back to this game after how long it had been since we were playing. Granted, this time we had to turn up the cheese a bit (300% human economy boost and Alt. Champ Progress 10/10 with no Alt. Champ Nemesis enabled) because 9/9 games are significantly harder to win compared to before 7.0 but it kept it fun!
