Anyone else seeing scouts "shake loose" guardians in 4.066?

I'm not 100% sure what we're seeing, which is why this isn't in Mantis yet, but I'm curious if anyone else is seeing scouts causing guardians and other "heavy duty" threat to backflow onto allied worlds.

Odd.  There are some new rules for angering, but they explicitly exclude Scouts, Scout Starships, and Spirecraft Scouts.  I'll check again.

Didn't see anything that would cause aggro-on-scouts, but did find a bug where it could aggro on a minor-faction unit.

No, it could only happen when trying to kill an object.  I don't recall any recent attempts by the AI to kill the trader ;)

Hmm. There's a steady stream of hostile ships heading towards our territory for no discernible reason from somewhere beyond our scouting horizon...

Tell you what, let me start a mantis ticket for this and post a save and whatnot and you can see what we're seeing.

No. The only active minor factions are "broken golems-hard" and the trader.

I don't know if this is related, but when I go a planet with my planes in low-power. After being spotted, every AI ship on the planet attacks my planet.

I only see scouts temporarily shake loose guardians. I haven't seen them lure guardians back to my system. What I have seen in this version is a Warp Gate Guardian Mark IV  >:( from at least four hops out attack my homeworld within the first fifteen minutes of my game. I've only scouted two hops out, so whatever shook it loose wasn't my scouts. I only could go back as far as the autosave, since I hadn't saved at game start. I also didn't think to enable cheating, so that's about as far as I could diagnose in two-three minutes of intensive scouting. I've got a few saves on this and have joined in that vague ticket. Crossing my fingers.
