Alright, for the spirecraft "powerability"
All spirecraft, regardless of military or not, cannot be turned off.

Just tested this.

EDIT: This was tested on Spirecraft (Hard) if that makes any difference.

You can turn (probably all) Soirecraft off with the hotkey (K). Martyrs even keep tractoring while cloaked, which is hilarious and abusable :)

I'm pretty sure I tried the power off keybind too. It didn't work.

I've always thought it was a particular 'feature' of Spirecraft, in that there is no off switch in their design.
