Okay I've been consistently updating the English Wikipedia page for 2 days.
I've updated the "Gameplay" portion, going into greater detail about micromanagement and "Randomization", and its positive effect on the game.
I've added an entirely new section about the "Emergent AI", and how it separates AI War from other "RTS" Artificial Intelligences.
I've updated the info for the 3 expansions, including adding information about the "Child's Play" fund, the current amount raised, and the goal amount.
All of these contributions are actually part of a larger endeavor I'm about to begin called "Pimping AI War", which will be a 5-pronged community driven project to try to get the word out about the game using the most powerful free "engines" of advertisement available. I'll reveal more information about that in the next few days.
If anybody wants to help with the wiki, we still need to add a "Story" category, which goes into detail about the lore of the game, the ultimate "goal" of the player, and a greater explanation of (according to the story) how the AI works, and its "unconcerned" attitude towards the player. The story portion will hopefully also help players understand why AI Progress is relevant.
An AI Progress sub-category also needs to be added to the "Gameplay" section, as I consider it to be a pretty important aspect of the AI War gameplay, that should be explained in greater detail.
We also need to add a "Goals" section, that goes into greater detail about the developer intentions for the game, the blend of RTS/TBS/4x that makes it a hybrid, and how it attempts to be different than other games in any of the genres. This all needs to be backed up with sources as well (shouldn't be hard to find).
I'm sure there's many other parts of the wiki we could update, so just be creative because there's no harm in trying. On that note, I added a whole Version 4.0 category to the wiki, but I guess somebody considered it "advertising" (okay it probably was) and got rid of it hahahahaha.
Here's the page guys
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AI_War:_Fleet_Command, see if there's anything you can add. If nothing else, reply to this thread with a "section" and one of us can add it instead. We need writers!
