Master volume not working?

Does the master volume audio setting work for anybody? It does nothing for me. I can slide it around, volume doesn't change. Also doesn't change on a restart, though the settings stick.

It's easily noticable to me because I have all my games turned down to make it easy to hear ventrilo over them, and thus AI War is quite a wake up call when it first starts.

I actually noticed the same thing, though at the time I thought it was just a quirk of my new headset.

It's called Master Sound Volume because it applies to the Sound levels (which are listed after it) and not the Music level (which is listed before it).  For next version I've added a tooltip to this effect :)
