Incidentally I just ran my steam AIW install, no grinderization was attempted (and I'm on the latest steam client update).  Not sure why it went after Volatar and not me.

I have exactly 4 games registered in my stream. How many do I play? One of them and I don't need Steam to play it.

Civ 5, Dungeon Defenders, SotS II, and Defense Grid: TA. DG:TA is the only one of those I actually play.

Opened your save. My computer wept. Switched to the ST planet and ship icons filled my screen, so I zoomed out. Game told me that it _was_ totally zoomed out. You could seriously walk from one end of the inner grav well to the other without getting your feet cold.

The install in question is at most five months old. Probably less.

If you verify your steam cache, it will attempt grinderization.  In that instance, dumping you back to the last official is expected.  However, it just did it for me without grinding up my settings files.  Not sure what happened there...

I think I've made a breakthrough on mantis ticket 9750 (line place putting things at weird angles) that may resolve some related issues. I hope to see if I talk Laughing Thesaurus through reproducing this issue in our test game tonight, and resolve whether it is something specific to my setup alone.

Fairly sure I qualify as well as of now.
Yes, I'm sure Josh will gather the list of victimswinners on his stroll through the release notes tomorrow morning :)
How does one simply stroll through 65k characters? :)

Hahaha. Fortunately, Josh already got through those this morning by noon. Big job!
