Tackle Drone Launcher (we invented that pain ourselves).  Both boldly fill roles where no fleet ship has filled before.  Particularly the "push the enemy's ships around like a jerk" role.

Ahahahaha!
I will call him the tractor dwarf launcher, and we will have great fun together!

... or at least the AI ships will. :D

Curse you for making updates so quickly.  :P

I have to keep restarting games. Although this one is kind of a good thing because one of my friends in a co-op game forgot about this thing called "AI Progress" and decided to "help" me by clearing out basically everything and attacking the homeworlds.
I can already tell this is going to be a roller coaster ride of disappointment.

he still hasnt implemented starship bonus ships :(

(but I did get fancy armor forcefields, so that makes up for it)

I wasn't sure what to do with the Neinzul Frigate/Destroyer ships (maybe quick/deep raids?), but the Cruiser was really cool. Not having shields on that line (at least discouraging it, and with the Cruiser eliminating the need for them altogether) makes it feel really different.  :) Also, some of the Neinzul-only modules I picked up were hilarious.

I looove the tackle launcher! Sure, it doesn't work against tractor immune stuff but *Shrug* Not much does against those ^^* And it does sepparate the tractor immune stuff from the normal ships *Cackles* Fly me pretties, Flyyyy!

Edit: Ooh,,, They are totaly moronic with forcefields... Keeps launching drones at ships under forcefields ^^* Planet Tiyias.

Oh, isn't the Ion eye supposed to go poof when you build a command station?

Edit 2: Looks like the tackle drone's explosion push construction back, can be viewed at Sefanphi. I assume its a bug?

Edit 3: Its worse than that, it kills logistic command centers even when fully built ^^*

The Human Shadow Frigate is abbreviated "H-S-FF".
The Human Shadow Destroyer is abbreviated "H-S-DD".
The Zenith Shadow Frigate is "H-Z-FF".
The Zenith Shadow Destroyer is "H-Z-DD".

I had assumed that "H-S-FF" stood for "Human-Shadow-Frigate".
Does "H-Z-FF" stand for "Human-Zenith-Frigate"?  Why not "Z-S-FF" for "Zenith-Shadow-Frigate"?

Whew, awesome additions all round.

Things I saw of note:

IIM I-IV same?
Trans M I-IV same?

The extra champions can reclaim... who is paying their power bill?

And didn't really notice this before but, max movement range of the bomber drones+bomber drone range > XP collect range.

And I like the Medic Frigate. Even with its low cap, you can tell it is there doing its thing. Tackle Drones weren't on this seed  :(

The human shadow frigate is a Spire Frigate. So it would actually be S-S-FF in that case.

No, they go poof when you destroy all the guard posts.

Hmm,,, Could have sworn,,, Then again, I've only used that when I've been against stealth posts ^^*

Sorry, typos, will fix :)  It is supposed to be (race letter) - (S for Shadow) - (ship class designation)

Eyes used to go poofs when you built a Command Station.  But maybe it wasn't intentional and something about splitting into 3 variants removed that.

No, but a while ago the TZR warbird and beam starships built from the fabricators were rebalanced with modern numbers and upgraded to the equivalent of MkV starships, so you'll probably enjoy those when you find them :)

Warbirds rock. They strike like birds of prey. They move fast, hit hard, and can escape anythings (because nothing short of a golem they fear 1 v 1).

They are competitive even with fallen spire on.
