Ok, fix worked and checked into the svn.  Apologetic email/plea-for-5.029-push emailed to Chris :)

SD Hacker seems to behave a bit weird when there are two (or more?) ARS on the same planet -- Both ARS get hacked simultaneously, both ARS get the same ship selection, and when you pick a ship from one of them, the other ARS doesn't have ship options anymore.

Sweet!  I didn't like that seed anyway.  Two CoPs and a fort off the main planet, yeesh. XD

On smaller maps, goodies seed in higher densities. On a 10 planet map, almost every world has 1-3 golems, 1-2 ARS, 1-3 Fabricators and various asteroids if Spirecraft are enabled.

Making a new game to play with the exciting stuff now.
I can already tell this is going to be a roller coaster ride of disappointment.

Yea, how?  10-planet map?  That probably doesn't work right, no.  Will put that on my list :)

Anyways, data dumped and I'll now go do the Scout Starship to finish the starships off on the wiki. Was holding off since they were changing.

edit: Okay, it's been bugging me so I have to ask. When I dump the data file, there is a no-name ship where the name is blank. Can we actually build this ship in game and can the AI see it?  :o

I'm not actually aware of there being a blank one, but I tend to do specifically-filtered exports.  Anyway, it doesn't affect the game :)

For those who'd like to play with the new hacking toys, I've attached the beginning of a 7/7 80 planet game (Sledgehammer/support) that has a SuperTerminal (since it's seed based) and a reasonably close ARS in it (the P9 planet).  Be warned, the AI is being a snot with Zenith Bombards and Spire MiniRams, so be prepared for that.  Econ's reasonable and your special is the munitions booster.  Why the booster?  Meh, seemed like fun. :)
