This one continues our bugfix/polish work, and also includes some small additional features that were the top requests on our idea tracker.  Namely: triple-clicking units allows for a new kind of selection ability; there are now keybinds for showing strong/weak info; and the selection description window in the bottom right has seen some added functionality.

This is a standard update that you can download through the in-game updater itself, if you already have 4.000 or later. When you launch the game, you'll see the notice of the update having been found if you're connected to the Internet at the time.  If you don't have 4.000 or later, you can download that here.

Snipers (the ship, not the turrets) :
Bonus vs UltraLight from 6 => 1.
Bonus vs Light from 1 => 6.

Is missing:
Raid starship
Hulltype from UltraLight => Light

I know my raids always die waaaaaaaaaay faster than the AI's but I haven't been playing in games with sniper ships where this happens. But the last raid starship balance thread went on for a million pages and then died without really reaching any kind of consensus, so I'm not sure I want to reopen that can o' worms.

(Snipers are at the moment my 'guards' with a preference for targeting raid starships, a bit of adaptive play will remedie that :D)

I was hoping the ship in general got nerfed  in return for more effectively blowing out engines, but I suppose this could work as well.

The new tooltips for AIP is excellent (saves me having to look it up on the wiki and/or work it out myself all time) as is the return of the HP % indicators in the fleet selection box.

Blame the folks responsible for those features getting a 40+ score on the vote tallies ;)
