Arcen, if you released some optional DLC for Pablo's music to use in game, I'd buy it.
Life is short. Have fun.

Ditto. Also, I have no idea why but I'm finding myself enjoying the Ancient Shadows music considerably more than the older stuff. Not that the older stuff is bad, but this is different and really awesome.

I also think that AS's music is a definite step up.  I really like the previous stuff, but this is better.

Agreed, I can't get enough of hearing the new AS music. It also seems to me that AS added a lot more soundtracks than LotS did.

I can't stop listening to the Ancient Shadows stuff myself. It's a pretty large step up. (please resist moon landing jokes, me)
I like the overall just sort of higher pace of the music. Even the slower songs (barring Ancient Shadows itself) feel higher paced. Still like to revisit the older soundtracks to listen to more relaxing music, but AS brought in a whole lot of variety. It's to the point that I want to make a cleverly video-edited AAR where every time I have to fight an exo or CPA or something, I turn off the game music and edit in Imminent Annihilation and record it as a video. Or to the point that I want to get actors and screenwriters together and record a little mini-movie to each song.
Sometimes my creativity gets a tad bit out of hand.

I'm glad you like the new soundtrack!

If you like the new music, check out the new theme to AVWW 2: https://soundcloud.com/pablo-vega-music/to-one-wholl-stand-and-fight

The idea behind it is that the world was once beautiful, darkness crept over it, and now there's someone who will fight to make it how it used to be.

The choir in the background has 12 voices (me dubbed over a ton of times), then 6 more voices of war chants (grunts of different kinds essentially). The main melody is sung by my wife, and you can faintly hear my voice in the background towards the left speaker as well. This was a ton of fun to do, and the first track with actual lyrics in it.

Hope you guys enjoy it!

Lyrics:

Long ago, when skies would brightly show
The stars that glow above a blue horizon,
I'd stand below them, and though the wind would blow,
I'd wave hello, and always fix my eyes on

Those lights that grow, with moon up high and sun down low,
No rush to go, the dawn would always rise on.

But darkness grows, and light now flickers low,
And shadows roam, and hope has passed
To one who'll stand and fight.

I bought the Ancient Shadows soundtrack because it seemed like the best deal out of the other choices. I suppose I bought it again, along with the rest of the soundtracks, from the current Indie Royale bundle, which is sort of what I wanted all along: a box set of all the soundtracks. In fact, that's exactly what the Indie Royale bundle is for me, a chance to have all the soundtracks for a good price.

So, Pablo, I'm not sure if you were part of the decision making that went into putting up those soundtracks as part of the bundle, but if you were, thanks for letting your work be added as a bonus, because it makes me a heck of a lot happier, my wallet a heck of a lot happier, and quite possibly, both you and Arcen a lot happier as well.

Have I already mentioned that your music is part of what got me into playing piano? And has partly inspired me to create music for video game-like things?
