AI loses a planet: "Insignificant."
AI launches an exo/superweapon: "We do not experience fear. But we understand how it affects you." (possibly bad, since Legion in Mass Effect says something akin that)

Once AIP passes some threshold (or perhaps when a large AIP increase is triggered). Or maybe when launching a massive superweapon as a response to AIP.

"You have my attention."

When destroying an irreplaceable (except an ARS):

"Did you forget your backups?"
"Your sacrifice is acknowledged"

When gaining firepower superiority on a player homeworld:
"Oh hello there."
"Is this the hole you dwell in?"
"Check."

I haven't got a good one, but how about some for a really successful tractor raid? I.e., activating a raid engine with ships tractored off a player world.
