What exactly does the Hunter plot do? Does it do anything else besides adding Hunter/Killers to the Special Forces?

It adds H/Ks, Starship Disassembler Guardians, and Mk V Missile Guardians, if my memory is correct. The number and mark is based on the intensity of the plot.

Ah ok. That explains the 100 Mark V Missile Guardians (The Core AI). The Spirecraft probably were there because of the Crafty Spire AI. I assume they weren't part of the Special Forces.

I thought it was H/Ks, Dissasemblers, and Heavy Beam guardians, but I could be wrong on the last one.

Hunter Plot is part of the core game. Protector Starship isn't.

Somewhat unrelated question. Why does the AI still get disassembler guardians when I turn swallowers OFF? Because its rather annoying.

Guess the Hunter plot is sufficient proof of masochism that the game just can't take "No swallowing please" seriously anymore.
