Speed Boost Attack

Are there mobile units that increase the speed of my attacking fleet ???
Or are there only the zenith time manipulator stationary building ???

I could need more speed for my attack fleet :-)

There are experimental speed boosters. They are experimental units that are rarely seen; you need support corp type AI to see them. The only way I can think of getting them are either through reclamation or through a fabricator. You may need "complex" or "full" ship types to see them.
